There are some free emulators to run Android apps from Google Play Store:
- Bluestacks: http://www.bluestacks.com/ (recommended)
- Memu Play: https://www.memuplay.com/
- Andy: http://www.andyroid.net/
- Leapdroid: http://leapdroid.com/
You must download and install one of them in your PC or laptop. After that, run the emulator, go to Google Play store and download the app.
